Repeater Notes:

Chilcoot Mountain is a solar site, also getting some of its power from a thermol generator. This site has a auto link timer. When a user keys the local repeater, the link is turned on for 10 mins. Each time the user keys up, this timer is reset. After no activity is herd on the local repeater for 10 mins., the link shuts off. In the winter months, this repeater might requires a "DTMF up command" to access. Durring summer, this command would be removed.
